Mammography:
The American Cancer Society recommends that women have a baseline mammography exam between the ages of 35 and 40 and yearly after that. Starting in mid August 2010, Connecticut River Internists will begin using new digital mamography equipment for all exams. The digital images will be interpreted by board certified radiologists at Baystate Franklin Medical Center. Mammography exams done in our offices are by appointment.
